Log:

Cleanup MythPlayer::DisplayNormalFrame and remove MythDVDPlayer's re-

It is now impossible to call DisplayNormalFrame if playback is paused,
so remove the redundant call to DisplayPauseFramem, which complicates
fixing a pre-buffering issue I'm working on.

The DVD customisation is entirely unnecessary as well following recent
changes.
