 As reported on the dev mailing list, UK MHEG is not working correctly for
 some users.

 On TV channels the menu background appears with no text.  On radio
 channels nothing appears - just a black screen.

 Attached is a mythfrontend log with -v mheg enabled:
 Entered TV, changed to BBC 1, pressed red button, exited playback.
 Entered TV, changed to BBC Radio 2, exited playback.
