Log:

Use the OSD subtitle zoom percentage to adjust the size of external and
embedded raw text subtitles.

The one setting now applies to external text, embbedded text and CC-708
based subtitles. I've not touched CC-608 (not sure of preferences here)
and teletext (teletext subs tend to be quite large already and allowing
zooming would have some strange effects on the menus). Clearly bitmap
based subs are unchanged.

I've also taken the opportunity to tweak the OSD settings and
consolidated them into one page (for now at least) and disabled the UDP
notify port - which is currently non-functional.
