 I have contacted Jos. It is indeed true that there are a lot of unfinished
 strings, I do not check them in because I am not completely satified with
 the translation yet, this way I know for sure that I or Jos will look at
 them again.
 I found out that I overlooked the combined patch part in the wiki, will do
 that a next time.
