Log:

Do not Init() a screen if it has already been initialised. This wouldn't have shown up everywhere but after we started calling doInit() asynchronously as part of the threaded loading, Init() could be called as many as three times back to back. This would have slowed down loading and on screens such as the Status UI it caused breakage.
