Comment:

 (In [26355]) Add EIT Fixups for Norwegian NRK DVB-T transmissions.  I was
 unable to verify the service, transport, and networkids, but since the
 fixup is so specific, it's extremely unlikely to affect anyone else and
 figure we would have heard of it by now given the age of the ticket.  Only
 changes made were some reformatting and renaming of variables for
 consistency/code formatting.  Patch from Håkon Alstadheim.  Fixes #8483.
