 (In [26390]) Partial build fixes for Qt 4.7 (currently a release
 candidate).

 This commits the not-broken parts of the patch from #8572.  The template
 portion is still broken and needs to be fixed properly, but I still
 haven't figured out a good way of doing so..  Refs #8572.
