 problem exists in MythCenter and Terra. does not exist in ArcLight. so i
 assume it is a theme issue.

 if i go Video>VideoList and then go to a particular video and then go

 Menu>VideoSettings>MetatdataSettings

 then the dialog box overlays the VideoList and is a bit of a mess

 ArcLight does it much better and displays a dialog box
