Log:

Remove host-based versions of the ISO639Language* setting from the settings table so that they don't mask the global version. This makes a best effort attempt to preserve existing settings on systems which have not yet been upgraded to [26552]. If you have already upgraded you may want to check the values in Appearance > Localization.
