HTML Setup: Allow viewing channels from all configured video sources.

Load the video sources from the API and allow the user to toggle between them with a dropdown.  On-load sort seems broken at the moment, am trying to fix (though sorting the table manually works just fine).

At this point you can open the channel editor, browse all your channels on all your configured sources, and simulate deletes and (basic) edits.  The editor will be rewritten using a custom dialog and eventually I'll hook up saving and deleting.  This should give a sense of the flavor, though.
