HTML Setup: Make the Channel editor functional.

Adds methods to post changes in the channel editor back to the MBE.  Lightly tested but accurate from what I've seen.  I wouldn't go editing the day away until it gets some further testing, but all seems ok for now.

Deletes still do not have any permanent effect, I'll add that tomorrow.
