 Do'h - not a clean checkout afterall. There were old .o in libavcodec.

 Rob, just do something like "osx-packager -clean" or "rm
 src/mythtv/external/FFmpeg/libavcodec/*.o" to move onto the next error,
 which I will try to work out...
