 Gregorio, I've attached a patch which eliminates the encoding variable and
 also make NVR use the _error variable instead of it's own errored
 variable. I also sets the requested_recording variable earlier so it
 doesn't prevent children from running and also moves the childrenLive down
 to v4lrecorder and renamed it request_helper.
