Comment:

 I need to remember to look at doing the capabilities probe in the V4L2
 recorder support (or danielk can feel free to do it).  Basically, we
 should ask the drivers what they support, then initialize what's
 supported.  This goes for ivtv and saa7164 as well, and hopefully hdpvr.
 It would reduce the amount of bogus setup we do.
