 Make DBUtil::CountClients() a bit more portable.

 Updates the approach used by 20009dcd4d31152b330573d718859317a447b464 to
 work with all supported versions of MySQL.
 INFORMATION_SCHEMA.PROCESSLIST was added in MySQL 5.1.7, so use SHOW
 PROCESSLIST, instead.  Thanks to Gavin Hurlbut for noticing.
 Refs #9421.
