Log:

Improved OpenGL video texture sizing.

This aligns the variable naming for frame sizes between OpenGLVideo and
VideoOutWindow, removes some code duplication from OpenGLVideo and fixes
playback of certain misaligned videos that weren't being picked up in
OpenGLVideo.
