 While working on a theme I had the following two problems in the "Set
 Priorities" screen:
 * field "recpriorityB" is not filled in
 * the "progpriority" and "finalpriority" fields do not get updated until I
 navigate off of and back to the current program item

 I've attached patches for both problems.
