Comment:

 mythmetadatalookup isn't supposed to apply the inetref from the recording
 rule to existing recordings-- the automated mode you are using does its
 best on old recordings, but it's just that, a best effort.

 Inetref, season, and episode can be manually set on old recordings in the
 edit metadata option for recordings.
