 commit 1be38ea4edbbf25 "OSD: Fix subtitle window painting order." changed
 the painting order of OSD windows resulting in the cutpoint dialog being
 displayed behind the edit position window when the menu key is pressed
 while editing a cut list.

 This patch forces the dialog to the front by prepending the dialog name
 with a high sorting character.

 This patch can be applied to both git master and 0.24.1
