Log:

MythPlayer: Add frame rate monitoring to the debug OSD screen.

- this refactors jitteromoter so that its rate can be adjusted and the
last fps retrieved.
- default behaviour is as before (it is enabled at a slower rate for
VB_PLAYBACK debugging) and it is then enabled at a fast(er) rate for the
OSD.
- debug output is moved to standard mythtv logging.
