Comment:

 MythVideo relies on the files being accessible.  The warning box you speak
 of was removed in the MythUI port.  I'd be willing to entertain a patch to
 re-add it, but as the scanner and the UI are now divorced, this is pretty
 difficult.  Since I don't plan to add it myself, I'm closing this as a
 feature request without patch.
