 For anyone who may be experiencing this issue and doesn't want to
 upgrade/backport the fix manually, I found a simple script online which
 I've rewritten to find any "*.ISO" files in the current working directory
 and rename them to ".iso".  I've attached it to this ticket.  Just place
 the script in the working directory and run it.

 Once you've ran it, rescan your files and they should now work properly.
 Of course, this is just a work-around.  Your best bet is to simply upgrade
 once the fix has been applied and not worry about the case of the
 extension.
