 enigma - are you still seeing this issue? If so, have you tried
 borrowing/stealing something with a DVI or HDMI connection and seeing if
 that helps.

 To everyone else, please stop commenting/adding to this ticket. It is now
 a complete mess of probably unrelated issues and comments irrelevant to
 the OPs issue. If it gets any harder to read, I'll just close the ticket
 and lock it - life is too short.
