 Upon exiting the mythgallery plugin (photo gallery) the menu returns but a
 ghost image of the photo gallery remains (about 70% transparent).  The
 frontend then hangs and must be killed then restarted to continue.
 Backtrace, frontend log attached.

 $ mythfrontend --version
