 If a MythSystem instance does not specify that it wants to capture the
 standard output and error of a called executable, those are left to pass
 through to the parent's respective pipes. '--daemon' mode never fully
 detaches from the terminal it was run from, so any such outputs, such as
 those from wget called by mythfilldatabase, get passed through as well.
