 I'm experiencing some quite unstable behavior in mythwelcome. After
 booting my MythTV box, now and then, mythwelcome tries to start but then
 hangs leaving just a blank theme background, thus having to kill it to
 start FE manually.

 If ever been succesful in starting mythwelcome, it crashes almost every
 time I quit FE.

 I haven't found any pattern (yet) for succesful start/stops.
