 After updating to a5b3681, I can no longer gencutlist on recordings.

 Running the command:
 mythcommflag --chanid 1561 --starttime 20110912000000 --gencutlist

 Results in the error:
 ERROR: --chanid requires that none of the following be defined
  --clearcutlist --clearskiplist --file --gencutlist --getcutlist
 --getskiplist --setcutlist --video

 Updated to 5b19e55 and the issue persists.
