 Hello,

 please find attached a diff with updated translations for mythtv and all
 plugins except mythweb, with the following changes:
 - new translated strings in mythfrontend
 - fix two emtpy translations in mythnetvision
 - ran lupdate with "-no-obsolete" arguments for all ts files.
