 Related to Program Guide stutter please also consider ticket #11020.
 There I've provided a patch which fixes the stuttering and long responses
 on scrolling-keypresses. In meantime I've switched to MythTV 0.26 and the
 patch also applies to 0.26
 Another help will be the patch from ticket #11019. It also applies to
 MythTV 0.26 and fixes/0.25
