Comment:

 First, please make sure you have the "Allow Live TV to move scheduled
 shows" setting enabled.  It's on the first page in Setup / Video /
 General.  Second, please run the master backend with "-v schedule
 --loglevel debug" and attach the log to this ticket if you can reproduce
 the problem.
