 rant, explaining it:
 I want to be able to cut the commercials my self, and I turned off every
 option I could find in setup and in setting on the frontend. It does not
 do any transcoding because it wants to run commercial detection first. I
 try transcoding and it fails at commercial detection, even though I can't
 figure out how to turn it off. (I specified not to run commercial
 detection jobs.) Just to see if it would work, I even tried specifying
 running transcoding jobs before commercial detection ones to see if it
 would work, and still no dice.
