 With latest master, I am getting random segfaults in the channel icon
 downloader.  BT attached.

 I tell the icon downloader, to "rescan for missing icons...".  It presents
 me with a couple of choices for a channel.  If I arrow back and forth
 several times between the choices, it segfaults.
