Allow backend video scan to scan for content on slave backends.

This adds the ability for RemoteGetFileList to open temporary
connections to remote backends to query file lists. This should be
considered a temporary work around, until such time as remoteutil.cpp
can be given access to the slave backend socket list in MainServer in
mythbackend.
