 Subtitles: Try to ensure CEA-708 subtitles stay within the safe area.

 In a perfect storm of fonts with large heights relative to pixel size,
 anchor points close to the bottom/right, and/or large values of
 OSDCC708TextZoom, the text may end up falling outside the safe area.
 Try to shift it back in if this happens.
