New description:

 I recently updated both my MythTV and my MythWeb installations.  Now
 MythWeb is completely hosed.  Initially I had the issue reported in #9399,

Comment:

 User marked ticket against 0.23, appears to actually be running 0.24, and
 has at some point in the past five months has run the developmental
 version of MythWeb and updated the web schema past compatibility with
 0.24.
