Ensure mount is available before MythMediaDevice::ScanMediaType(). Refs #10450

Seems to only be a problem on Mac OS X,
so I put this here, instead of MythMediaDevice::ScanMediaType().

sleep()ing is a bit of a hack, but should be harmless.
Not sure when this started acting up - maybe 10.6?
