 Fixes #10668. Fixes segfault in mythtranscode use of DTVRecorder.

 This was discovered and diagnosed by Chris Tracy <mythtv at adiemus.org>.

 The problem is a debugging macro that assumes the recorder is being
 controlled by TVRec.
