 Uploaded a new log with -v playback,timestamp,libav --loglevel=debug per
 taylorr.
 During playback, with VDPAU High Quality, I see the following in htop
 (dual core):

 mythlogserver ~40%[[BR]]
 mythlogserver ~35%[[BR]]
 mythfrontend ~26%[[BR]]
 mythfrontend ~6%



 Playback data shows:[[BR]]
 Storage to Buffer: ~250Mbps[[BR]]
 Buffer to Decoder: ~5.5Mbps[[BR]]
 Available Buffer: 99% of 16Mb[[BR]]
 Video: 1280x720 at 59.94fps[[BR]]

 A/V Sync: ~-0.42[[BR]]
 FPS: ~59.99+-0.02[[BR]]
 Frames decoded/free: 4/2[[BR]]

 When I set the playback profile to normal, all HD-PVR recordings seem to
 play back ok.
