#11186: highlighting for dvd menus is not correct if dvd is scaled so edge is off
the screen

 When the image for the menu highlights is scaled so the left or top of the
 image is off the screen the highlight is drawn in the wrong position.
 The attached patch crops the image if necessary so they are drawn in the
 correct place.
 Change the video mode doesnt cause a redraw so they are dont move to the
 correct place until a redraw of them is forced by changing the button.
