 I upgraded to 0.25 and the setting to confirm exit does not appear where
 it used to be.  I searched through other settings pages and did not find
 it.  Is there a new way to change this setting or should the confirm exit
 checkbox appear where it used to be?

 Although this is minor to me it makes the frontend almost unusable for
 family members.  Frontends that had the setting checked prior to the
 upgrade still show the confirmation menu but one frontend that had the
 confirmation menu disabled is stuck without the menu.
