 I had Esc for EXIT and blank for EXITPROMPT on the frontend that does not
 show the exit menu.  The checkbox is missing from all of my frontends.  My
 other frontends had Esc for both EXIT and EXITPROMPT.

 I'll experiment but just to confirm, should it be Esc for EXITPROMPT and
 blank for EXIT?
