 I just tried this and my transcode failed with "CoreContext
 mpeg2fix.cpp:698 (AddFrame) - Deadlock detected.  One buffer is full when
 the other is empty!  Aborting" but I'm not totally sure if this is due to
 the fix or a new issue. I'll leave it to you to decide between reopening
 the ticket or asking me to create a new one.

 I'll also attach the full transcode log.
