 All of my .nuv mp4 files play back with audio and video at the correct
 speed but with the audio pitch transposed an octave higher.  (Like when
 you breathe in helium and talk.)  These files originated as PVR-150 mpeg2
 recordings that were transcoded to mpeg4.  I assume this happened after
 the most recent ffmpeg resync, but I can't be positive.  Running
 "mythfrontend -v audio --loglevel debug" shows nothing remarkable.
