 The Channel Groups setup screen in MythFrontend does not properly display
 ampersands. For example, instead of


 {{{
 Starz Kids & Family
 }}}


 It displays


 {{{
 Starz Kids _Family
 }}}

 Other places, such as Program Guide, the OSD, and mythtv-setup, do display
 ampersands properly.
