Comment (by mythwiki@…):

 Applied the v4-v0.25 patch successfully against tag v0.25.2.  The bug
 appears fixed for single and back-to-back recordings.  ffprobe no longer
 complains about missing initial keyframes, duration and bitrates look
 correct.
