 MythUImage::SetArea inherited from MythUIType does nothing.
 MythUIImage::SetSize does work, however it is marked as protected,
 requiring anything wanting to access it to be marked as a friend. This
 prevents the screen setup wizard from being able to display a properly
 sized theme preview image when configuring underscan.
