 I created a 9 second 1080i mpg clip (13.5M) available
 at:http://feuerbacher.us/data/No%20Way%20Out9sec.mpg

 I created the file using Avidemux in copy mode (audio & Video) from a .mpg
 file that was failing in the Mythtv library. After creating the file I
 used:
 mythtranscode --infile /var/lib/mythtv/1854_20130121110000.mpg --mpeg2
 --buildindex --allkeys --showprogress
 To re-register the file into mythTV

 Then I used:
  mythtranscode --infile /var/lib/mythtv/1854_20130121110000.mpg --outfile
 /tmp/test3.mpg  --mpeg2 --honorcutlist

 To produce the error. Deadlock Detected.

 I ran on a 4cpu Ubuntu 12.10 with mythtv 0.26
