 V dirty 0.26+fixes patched with all recent H264 related commits.
 The latest H264 commits (latest month) have resulted in very slow playback
 seeking & odd cut-list editor behaviour; looks to be playing sequences of
 frames for each keyframe.

 mythcommflag --rebuild fixes seek "slowness" & cut-list editor problem.

 The mythcommflag rebuild seektable is very different to "as recorded"
