 Installed mythbuntu 12.04.3, then upgrading MythTV to 0.27 before
 configuring anything.  After initial configuration of analog only, one
 tuner, Live TV would not work until I went back into the back end
 configuration and manually changed to a different channel.

 Tuner:  Hauppauge HVR-2250

 Message:  "Could not find A/V decoder"  (presumably because it could not
 find the media file).  (Same message as ticket #11960, but, possibly, a
 different cause, though I suppose they could be related).
