 Symptoms an how to recreate:

 - Schedule a recording
 - Prior to the start of a recording, turn on Live TV to the same network.
 Watch the show live.
 - After a few minutes, exit to the main menu, go to the watch recordings
 screen.  The recording will not show in the All or Default recordings
 group.
 - Switch to the "Live TV" recordings group.  You will see the same show
 twice - one will be the scheduled recording, the other will be the live tv
 recording.  It creates 2 separate recordings and files.  But both are in
 the LiveTV Recording Group.
